Integrates fitness and cardio training with more advanced boxing movements, combinations, and defense.

• Jump Roping for Boxers
• Hard-core Abs Workout

Designed for boys and girls 12-17 years old, this class will focus on strength and stamina training, basic boxing technique (non-contact), increasing confidence, improving dexterity, and encouraging a love of fitness, all in a safe and fun environment.
