Open Group Class

Our standard hour-long session, this class is open to participants of all fitness and experience levels. Our USA certified boxing instructors Fernando and Iwona are experts at tailoring each client’s experience to their specific needs and interests. Whether you are beginner, have prior boxing and exercise experience, or have been training for many years, this class will help you get in better shape with a combination of fitness and boxing training. Below are some of the exercises participants of different experience levels can expect:

Boxing Cross-Training (Beginners)

Get in great shape while learning the fundamentals of boxing.

• Proper Punching Technique
• Basic Defense
• Movement and Punches
• Endurance Training
• Core Strength Training

Boxing Cross-Training (Intermediate)

An emphasis on fitness with greater integration of punching combinations and defense.

• Slipping Punches
• Blocking Punches
• Punching Drills and Combinations
• Heavy Bag Rounds
• Punching Mitts
• Non-contact Sparring Drills
 
Boxing Cross-Training (Advanced)

Integrates fitness and cardio training with more advanced boxing movements, combinations, and defense.

• Anaerobic Cardio Training
• 4-6 Punch Combinations
• Weekly Sparring (if desired)
• Back-to-Basics Punching Techniques
• Shadow Boxing
• Jump Roping for Boxers
• Hard-core Abs Workout
• Performance Stretching and Agility Training

Women's Class

Combinations and defense are the focus of this 8-week class. 50min per session.

Youth Class

Designed for boys and girls 12-17 years old, this class will focus on strength and stamina training, basic boxing technique (non-contact), increasing confidence, improving dexterity, and encouraging a love of fitness, all in a safe and fun environment. It is our goal to provide an enjoyable experience while instilling health and character values that will last a lifetime. Boys will train with Fernando and girls with Iwona.

Family Class

The perfect session for the whole family to participate in together, this class focuses on strength training, building endurance, basic boxing technique (non-contact), and providing an enjoyable and productive experience for all involved. Specific activities and areas of focus can be customized to fit your family’s specific interests.
